It feels particularly apt in these distressing times that the anagram of the word Armageddon is “mad god near.” As many of our countrymen and women struggle to absorb the unthinkable—symbolized most shockingly by a sitting President posting an AI cartoon of himself wearing a crown while piloting a jet releasing streams of excrement onto protestors below—a group of us will again gather in San Francisco to feel our way into penetrating the darkness that is threatening our democracy and the very survival of our species.

Please join me and my fellow presenters ~ live or online ~ on Saturday, November 15, from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT, as we search for seeds of insight, hope, and sanity at our conference, The State of the Union and the Mind of State:  One Year into Trump’s Second TermRegister here.

I know from previous gatherings that the conference speakers will be sharing robust, engaged, and engaging thinking about the layered psychological and spiritual realities of the American dream, and I’m enclosing the full flyer below to give you a taste of what will be offered. I hope you’ll sign up to attend personally or virtually. The discussions are bound to offer good medicine for thirsty souls!
